I’m a published author, and specialise in managing change, stress, anxiety, depression and addiction. I work with adolescents and adults. I also trained in Transpersonal Psychology and psycho-spiritual development. I empower you with practical coping skills and tools that you can use to further grow on your own.

My ideal client typically needs support to break through their limiting, habitual patterns of behaviour. These may be due to deep held fears and/or limiting and negative core self-beliefs. This presents and manifests in anything from Depression, Anxiety and/or addictions to many other conditions in between that may affect people in today’s challenging world. The goal here is being awake and free from self-sabotaging patterns that may stem from deep conditioning and negative or traumatic early experiences – often early on in life.

My approach is holistic and designed to help achieve positive shifts in my client’s system as well, unlocking more sustained and integrated change. Therefore, I’m also passionate in the work that can be achieved at the couple and family therapy level where appropriate and needed.

I specialise in helping people grow their resilience, mindfulness and personal development and mastery. I provide a safe space and draw on a range of modalities to develop practical skills to stay awake and open, optimally managing yourself and life’s stresses. As a professional musician, I pioneered a powerful method of using sound to teach mindfulness.
